@SirW00f Correct 120 V 15/20 20 Amp. They also have these in Hospital Rooms.(D) Isolated Ground Receptacles. Receptacles incorporating an isolated grounding conductor connection intended for the reduction of electrical noise (electromagnetic interference) as permitted in 250.146(D) shall be identified by an orange triangle located on the face of the receptacle.
So we really do not know. These could be anywhere. They are used to say use this plug as it will not cause noise. Great if you are recording.
