@LowLandsPete The IMF has been used in the past to give gov’t loans to countries in return for the water rights/rentals/infrastructure agreements going to specific companies. It is at the very least an interesting timing coincidence. I amended my reaction to thinking because although I believe the timing is suspect Pete is right that it isn’t proven.
