As I see it she was truthful. Fact is we do not know who knocked down those buildings. WT7 fell but no airliner hit it. Impossible. Other buildings as well fell impossibly.

I think they briefed him that there would be an attack by muslims. I do not believe he understood the buildings were going to be blown up to dust.
