@Mr.Black honestly I’ve dropped from meeting my extended family. I feel indifferent to them, I know I just have a different perspective than them and the conversation will be meaningless for both parties. With the older crowd, I get a cold shoulder for being the young buck so I know I have no place to converse with them.

@YuriBezmenov it's been about the same for me maybe a bit longer and I am slowly developing goals and working on self motivating

@YuriBezmenov ah, i have more or less done the same by using distance as the great excuse, but the more time goes on the more i am becoming jaded with family (not mother and father or the little ones)

It's funny I was in a motorcycle accident about two months ago and the rehab process over the past few weeks has made me pretty appreciative of just having full mobility, I ran for the first time since the accident a few days ago and it was solid reminder that shit could always be worse and it's possible to enjoy the little things if you change your perspective

@Reaper unfortunately we got to build slow and steady. Remember we will hit speedbumps, but we got to keep on drudging along in those bad days (and even periods.) Also we must not get overwhelmed with joy during the good times, because thats when we have to maximize our efforts. Every so often look back at the accumulated benefits of your efforts, to remind you why and what youre doing and why you must continue.
