Despite being red pilled while married I'm still in the habit of not always doing precisely what I want to do just to avoid turmoil. Does it make me unhappy? Sometimes...but by and large I feel pretty good about how my finances and overall life are going. Every once in a while I'll hit a snag but not often
oh, that's something I wanted to ask you guys, probably esp. the ones not having a wife/girlfriend. You guys probably have more money than you spend on a normal month, how do you manage your assets?
I gotta be honest it makes me feel at ease to be in chat room FILLED to the brim with other guys to whom I don't have to explain the notion of MGTOW or the red pill philosophy before I can get a point across!
Oh, oh, oh! Meeeeeee! ✋
The one saving grace is that my wife makes slightly more money than I do but my company provides killer medical benefits so it all comes out in the wash. Single or married I would do the same thing which is invest in real estate to either flip or rent (rent is probably better in this market) and get that passive income stream rolling
`The one saving grace is that my wife makes slightly more money` oh man, that's a pretty good situation to be in, as far as marriage goes
in terms of the whole divorce rape issue
Yeah, I've also been divorced...a story for another time
yeah I think real estate is probably one of the better ways to generate income
Absolutely. I started too late with it so my real estate empire is going to be more of a real estate fifedom...we'll see.
@rart nigga you're married?
Yeah...I was red pilled WHILE married
oof
Magically it all came together almost 4 years ago...but I've been married since '08
how is this working out with your wife?
When I share the bad stuff going on in the world (she tends to avoid the news and only uses social media for work stuff) she gently reminds me, "I'm NOT a feminist!"
anyone know how i can join the Freemasons?
She's one of those bona fide honest to goodness decent people you hear about from time to time. Good, middle income family without many skeletons in the closet....good upbringing with zero entitlement. I couldn't see it before our break
@The-Free-Monk You have to be introduced by an active mason to their community
that is in theory correct
many lodges have open days from time to time where you may visit e.g.
That too....coffee time!
formally you have to be introduced but you can be the one showing strong interest in it, and repeatedly hint that you share their values
that should be obvious enough once you have contact
that is if you actually share their values, otherwise why would you do that
There's a LOT of indirectness involved in that and that's not what I'm about. Frankly I think I'd rather join a biker gang (something ELSE I wouldn't actually do). One of my coworkers is an officer here locally and he's busy AF! I mean like non -stop he's always talking about how he needs to be off on time for this or that lodge related business
Honestly I don't see the benefit...but then I probably haven't spent but a minute or two researching it
Honestly, i think that Spain deserves the title of cuckistan more than India. And this is just the most recent example as to why https://www.dailywire.com/news/no-men-allowed-hotel-opens-in-spain
I don't see that as a problem tbh
Yeah but they'd all REE if there was a men's only hotel
yeah that would be the problem
I think it only bothers me because we're not supposed to give two squirts that they get their own spaces but because of one reason or another they're always permited to invade ours
being a member of something like freemasonry, but not the same, a lot of the appeal is the actual social community you share with people outside family and work, and the chance for contemplation within ritual work
well in germany we have lots of male-only student fraternities
I was thinking that one of the few reasons one would have to join something like that is for the community activities but I'm kinda...anti-social that way. I really haven't tied myself to this community in any way outside of what's needed to be welcomed
and afaik most freemason lodges are men only or women only, not mixed
Yeah this one is a men's only of course I did know that. Still...too many expectations. I'm too busy in real life for that
there is also "menhouses"
for men escaping their abusive wifes
that also gets money by the state
