i would say surrogacy (but it does have some cost to it)

but it's still cheaper then a wedding, a ring, years of leaches, and a divorce +child support and maybe alimony

Surrogacy takes care of getting kids, but what about a wife?

I think the deeper meaning is when

you betray your convictions and desires for others which is betraying oneself

why do you need a wife?

Because nature decided that both a mother and father are needed for raising children in a healthy manner.

Me and a few buddies of mine both experienced childhood with parents divorced, it was 50/50 all of us prefer our dads after being grown

Single father wins out over single mother and The benefit of having both parents is debatable

It might be good for the man in terms of time management

Especially as far as human instinct is concerned, The necessity of both parents is debatable

anywho, i see fathers as the needed in the household because father are usually the ones to deal with the situation when kids "buck up" on their parents in their teens, the mothers role is crucial at the early stages with things like Brest feeding and making sure the home is clean and safe so the child doesn't eat a crayon and die, now keep in mind that women have essentially liberated themselves out of the parental confines with the invention of formula, daycare, and them entering the workforce

most of the women who raise children don't fill the roll that women traditionally had

but that's just my thoughts on the issue, i do think single parents can do well if they approach the issue in the right way (fathers working from home, or made enough to fill the roll as provider when the child is young for example) the issue is that i don't think most single parents approach the issue in the right frame of mind, for example single mothers are usually too strict when it comes to discipline or too lax because they try to "be the man of the house" when their child bucks up on them, or they try to act as a friend to talk them down and both have there fair share of issues

if you can put yourself in a position where you can take off lets say 7 years off work or work from home you should be able to raise the kid just fine

after that they will be in school so you can resume a normal job
