The fact that such transactions should even need to exist at all indicates an element of everpresent coercion. I find transactions of any sort to be fundamentally coercive. Given that I exist in such a society where transactions take place every day and I have no choice in that matter, my stance would depend on the potential repercussions of legalization and whether the negative repercussions outweigh the benefits.

There had already been private stalls for transgender students in the girls' locker room, but the trans students didn't like that they had to use the stalls to undress, hence the protest that led to this ruling. The male bodied trans students didn't want to have to hide in private stalls, they demanded to be able to undress in the locker room itself with the rest of the (biological) girls.
Also, some of the girls said they would just use the stalls then, but the school is taking them out, to again prevent MTFs from ridicule. The school is basically saying use the locker room no matter what and change in front of the MTFs or do not use them at all and don't do any school sports.
