It states that men who lie with other men may not serve in the church. If you're homosexual, and not commiting homesexual acts, than there's nothing wrong with being in the church if you follow the doctrine.

Church leaders, unless corrupted, are inspired by God to make the right decisions. This includes the Pope and cardinals.

The Catholic church is a very pedophilic background and covering it up AND as cardinals, covering it up rather than seeing justice done is very corrupt and THEY are technically the ones in places that could make those calls.

We know from the sinful nature of humans that power corrupts, so it's no stretch to be skeptical of those in authority. Need I remind anyone about the Stamford Prison Experiment?
