i only made like 2k off the place i bought it like almost 2 years ago... but i didn't pay anything on it since april so i guess i made out okay

it was on forbarence i didn't want to put a renter in the property bc if they don't pay i cant evict. and i sold my company in that area last january.. so i had no reason to stay there a few days a month anymore..
