im telling you.... getting parts out of china is impossible for appliances lately... to get new appliances takes forever.. my parents bought a new oven and it took 45 days

just the coldest things start to show signs of it first

if you don't have a way to keep food cold then you will be going out to eat or delivery everynight... or food that doesn't need to be chilled so it has 800mg of sodium per serving

and no it wasn't cool i sold that place.. I bought it to rent it but due to covid i am not going to take that risk...

it was on forbarence i didn't want to put a renter in the property bc if they don't pay i cant evict. and i sold my company in that area last january.. so i had no reason to stay there a few days a month anymore..
