Yes, you have to change your lifestyle to change your weight. It's like overcoming smoking. It's not easy, but it's possible.
LOL, as I said, all your patients would cry and then report you somewhere out of anger
There is a difference to how easy it is to lose weight and being forced to be a certain weight.
so now you are calling 80% of americans lazy slobs
No.
well they are!
its' not genes
its them!
If I said that, then Trump incited a riot.
they are lazy !
its the same argument
thats correct
Lol, Chucky was always terrifying.
And no, Americans are more obese on average because of the food culture in the US and how cheap terrible food is.
anyhow, @Maw maybe talkto your friendly neighborhood fat person and ask them about their thoughts on this issue, ask them if they would have earned more money in life if they were skinnier, and then ask them how lazy they are on a scale of 1-10....
yes, and why do they eat more of it?
Like, literally go take any size of meal the US has and compare it to the UK, there is no equivalent.
They don't have 'supersize me'.
Or gallon gulps.
anyways, its was sarcastic a bit to say talk to a fat person, but in all seriousness, before making those conclusions for yourself about fat people, go talk to one of them, see what they think
i gotta split... later
Trivia question: Since Ivanka and Jared's secret service detail are not allowed to use any of the 6 bathrooms in their mansion, how much has it cost American tax payers solely for renting nearby access to a bathroom?
My mom is overweight, but she makes good money, and I've spoken to her about it on many occasions. She has tried dieting, it's hard. It's not a secret that dieting and exercise are difficult.... especially to make a permanent change.
Don't worry, if they ever have to investigate their asphalt temperature challenge, they'll leave a golden goose in the toilet.
100%, it gets harder as you get older, but everyone is capable of being skinnier and more fit/healthy.
It's not as equally easy for people of different genetics to get fit, but it's possible for anyone.
I would go even farther and say not only is it possible, but it's probably a little different needs for each individual, based on how their body reacts to different foods and exercise types. You just have to find what works best for you.
Which is why dieting is so difficult... one thing doesn't work for every person.
Very true.
Why wasnt AOC impeached?
Woo false equivalencies for everyone.
