Which is why PD cannot be sued for "non-enforcement" of any particular law or infraction, nor can they be sued for "selective-enforcement".
The governor said it had to be shut down at the begining of covid. I had a few folks up there practicing social distancing and the cops showed up. They didn't make contact. The DNR said ranges were closed. the range is owned by the county and run by the er "militia" the governor doesn't have the authority to shut our range down. I had the statute on my phone if an officer would have chosen to be an oath breaker.
