Or make it easy... are they all taking about "the SAME people" (obviously this has nothing to do with slaves or not citizens - its not a trick question)

When the 1st Amendment says "the people" is it talking about the same people that the 2nd Amendment is talking about when it says "the people" and same with the 4th Amendment?
