lol
Yes we know
We watched the new video
wait how is that unconstitutional?
^
I'm an expert so I should know
~~don't look at my credentials~~
if they constitutionally vote upon it, then it's constitutional...if they just push it out there, then it becomes unconstitutional..like all the other lefty bs out there now..unconstitutional
Also I like how they say anti-trans bills are bad
just because the sc approves on something doesn't mean it's constitutional...just means the paperwork was done properly to make it seem like a constitutional statement but doesn't mean the argument in question is constitutional or not because it wasn't voted upon legislators of the state or nation...until that happens, it's unconstitutional, but after it happens and gets voted upon by legislators of the state or nation(differences between state and national constitutional laws)..then it becomes a constitutional law
the only way trans bills would be legal constitutionally is to be voted upon by state or national legislators(note, if only 1 state does such a vote, it means only that state has such 'law' if it passes, not the whole nation...even if brought before national sc)
ppl keep confusing abortion laws everywhere in the nation with something that happened in only 1 state
it's only constitutionally legal in 1 state, not the whole nation
and if changes in the mood of the general public for that state wishes to change the constitutional laws for that state, they need to contact their elected legislators for their state to make changes or have a constitutional law of that nature removed
or remove the elected legislators for failing the will of the ppl via recall system
recall system is like impeachment for every other elected official(recalling those that appointed an evil asshole for not firing them when demanded is another option)
also how does the hell does 'trans medicine' considered life saving when majority of those that go trans end up killing themselves some time afterwards when they realize they made a stupid mistake and can't get out of it
all I want to know is when is it enough? when have they gone too far? I hate war, i hate division, all i want is to live in a same or better America than my parents grew up in. so far they have broken 1A, soon to add more restrictions to the eventual goal of removal of 2A, called for violence last summer burning small businesses, failed to investigate the fraud they were accused of... when is it enough? where is the line drawn? I am exhausted hearing the double standards and false news attacking us and our friends and families..... just my thoughts as i read up on eveything going on before i go to bed, signing off for some sweet peaceful sleep
"Unity"
So apparently the NRA is filing to bankruptcy
OH BOY
Is that a good thing or a bad thing
They aren't a perfect organization, but they do fight for 2A rights to be preserved.
Democrats don't understand the importance of guns
Kind of feels like the democrats know they're corrupt so they're trying to take away guns in order to make rebellion harder
Thats the point of taking away guns. Once the people have no power to protect themselves against the government, then the government has a free ride to do whatever they want
Why do you think Britain looks so bad?
The government is so scared of the people that they brought in 20k+ fully armed soldiers just because a few thousand unarmed people broke into a building
more like maybe 100 people broke into building. Rest just walked in, invited by the police to do so, then just stood around wondering why they went in and decided to leave.
the point still remains though, they brought in tens of thousands of soldiers because there were a small number of unarmed angry people
sounds like they are scared of us to me
Not to be sarcastic, but cuz they scared AND never let a good crisis go to waste.
both are very true
they are gonna milk the capitol "insurrection" for the next decade
Very curious if any of those National Guard troops actually have ammo. I spent countless hours on guard duty without even an empty magazine to at least give the impression of being armed.
Reality is they can't trust to give them ammo in most cases. Not because they don't inherently trust the troops in general, but because they can't afford to have one of them have negligent discharge of a weapon or even worse let their emotions run high and shoot a citizen.
If I'm right about them not having ammo, then this is all one big puppet show.
