I put like 1/5 of a cig in a joint

I been able to quit but just keeping off of it under stress is my problem

But don't smoke cigs otherwise

You might be able to quit cigs if you smoked spliffs

But could be double edged sword

Ive never successfully been able to make it passed the first 24 hrs. But ive smoked since I was really young and grew up in a cloud of smoke
