πŸ‘† LOL @Vertagho πŸ˜„

2020-03-18 18:54:08 UTC

@Dallas If I were you, I would glue the mirror shell back into place, then stick a smaller mirror onto the surface where the broken mirror used to live.

2020-03-18 18:54:22 UTC

Oh I could

2020-03-18 18:54:27 UTC

The mirror angle adjustment might also still work.

2020-03-18 18:54:44 UTC

Nice !

2020-03-18 18:55:01 UTC

or call around to the local salvage yards for a used one.

2020-03-18 18:55:14 UTC

Thank you!

2020-03-18 18:55:22 UTC

πŸ˜€

2020-03-18 18:55:28 UTC

regardless of car color, it seems the mirrors are all black

2020-03-18 18:55:47 UTC

True lol

2020-03-18 18:55:48 UTC

But you'd have to look up how to get it off, and bring the right tools with you to the salvage yard

2020-03-18 19:00:03 UTC

I have a friend that knows how thank goodness

2020-03-18 19:00:07 UTC

I'm awful with cars

2020-03-18 19:02:32 UTC

Brb quick nap!

2020-03-18 19:04:33 UTC

If you can't find one immediately available, then I would simply glue it back into place. You'll have to figure out what glue will work best, depending on how much plastic-on-plastic contact is available to bind the broken portion back onto the base. Super glue probably would not work. I would suggest something like a fast-acting, two-part glue that you mix and then use immediately.

2020-03-18 19:05:01 UTC

This would most likely work, so long as you could hold it in place for an hour.

2020-03-18 19:05:30 UTC

I would apply liberally (don't let it drop onto your car!)
