If you want to get a good ESD go to a breeder. Get the genetics on the dog you want, temperament of parents, health test of relatives, that would be a much smarter course of action. Dogs from the shelters have shown to be unpredictable.

Here are 3 very important questions you need answers to. Is the puppy vaccinated, are you allowed to come see where the puppy lives, what conditions are the puppies parents living in. If you are not allowed to come see the puppy at his home that is a huge red flag, if you never meet the puppies parents that's another one, if the puppy does not even have his basic vaccinations and their asking that much I would walk away. Those three questions determine weather or not the puppy your getting comes from a reputable breeder or a puppy mill
