Here are 3 very important questions you need answers to. Is the puppy vaccinated, are you allowed to come see where the puppy lives, what conditions are the puppies parents living in. If you are not allowed to come see the puppy at his home that is a huge red flag, if you never meet the puppies parents that's another one, if the puppy does not even have his basic vaccinations and their asking that much I would walk away. Those three questions determine weather or not the puppy your getting comes from a reputable breeder or a puppy mill
