The majority decision also held that if voters falsely claimed they were indefinitely confined “their ballots would not count.”

That's 215,000 Biden votes possibly going bye bye.

at least the Wisconsin Supreme Court has a brain unlike SCOTUS

Ah you got it!

2020-12-14 20:07:57 UTC

let's hope the electors do the right thing

2020-12-14 20:33:47 UTC

I believe these GOP electors casting their votes for Trump in Nevada is so that when the election fraud business gets cleared up, then this procedure from the GOP is completed.
This does not mean that Nevada is won.
It only means that the last step is complete.
The steps previous to the last must still be sorted out and won.

2020-12-14 20:34:50 UTC

The same applies to each contested state that is doing this today.

2020-12-14 20:35:33 UTC

I believe the georgia and penn repiblican votes in addition to the dem votes potentially kick the vote to pence, no?

2020-12-14 20:38:46 UTC

I believe that would be true, if these were the authoritative electors' votes being cast for these states (Georgia, Penn., and Nevada).

2020-12-14 20:39:35 UTC

I believe this is procedural, so that when the ballot count/fraud issues have been sorted (within each contested state), then this part is done.

Please feel free to correct me, if you have read otherwise.

2020-12-14 20:42:58 UTC

I'm searching for clarity right now because as i understand it sc and nevada at least are the official electors and the gop electors came out in challenge of the electors in georgia and penn which i thought automatically makes it a contested decision kicking it to either pence or congress

2020-12-14 20:45:34 UTC

So i don't know what this means

2020-12-14 20:45:41 UTC

"The Trump campaign is contesting election results in several states due to massive voter fraud and irregularities so Republican Electors are stepping up and casting procedural votes to preserve the legal challenges."

2020-12-14 20:45:52 UTC

To preserve the legal challenges

2020-12-15 02:59:40 UTC

but still needs to be certified by US congress

2020-12-15 03:00:09 UTC

wtf?

2020-12-15 03:00:30 UTC

No certification is going to happen

2020-12-15 03:00:49 UTC

All the duel electors will be contested

2020-12-15 03:00:51 UTC

but they were counting states that had sent electors for Trump so basically double counting states
