I go easy on the Beers and drinks .. don't wanna get pissed .. just enjoy ,. I don't use weed or dabs , so this is my pleasure occasionally . AND coffe with a dash of Irish Whiskey ..It always helps me breath better for some reason ?.. Never ned meds .. but take supliments , have done all my life ..so not a convert just because of AJ. ..I was an international sportsman .. so I knew what was neededto perform .
