There's a section I apparently did not include in Daetslov's Master Copy: Under Section 17, Limitations Of Liability:

Had the Founders foreseen the future, they would havd written a very different Second Amendment: "A well protected public, being necessary to the security of a free State, the Duty of the people to keep and bear arms shall be enforced."
