I often point out that a black guy being the first non-white President isn't as "progressive" as they claim. Since I'm neither black or white, I don't see America in such dualistic terms.

I'm on the bus and I hate it when people all get on and stand at the front, why not stand but at the back too - all throughout.

I point out that a Native American being the first non-white President would've been way more fair, they would've finally had a chance to rule their own land for the first time in centuries

Plus, any Presidency is a multifaceted, complex thing. It's not as simple as you're either with or against, you're either a nazi or a commie. I can maintain my objectivity to like some things and not others with any President

But white liberals, and liberals in general, can't seem to allow that. How dare anyone like the good things about Trump. Especially minorities. This cannot be tolerated, they must be beaten.
