A supposedly very smart guy, one of the chief experts in robotics in the company (and also former robotics professor) was discussing stuff with colleagues, and somehow they started talking about women in STEM.

He was like, "the women perform really really well in education, but then ...
after a certain age, like 30 or so, they quit"
