I have no problem with literature, and you shouldn't be afraid of reading anything. The last fantasy novel I read had two female authors and most of it actually reaffirmed my knowledge of female nature. Everything from the writing perspective, the characters, the quality of the writing, clicked perfectly. Hilarious.
