When did you start feeling physical pains and aches if you are feeling them

I ask only because I hear 30 is when the body starts to deteriorate

Ive heard one dude and an uncle say 30 thats why I ask

Probably around 50 is when you start to get really weak

But they also are heavy drinkers and dont do shit for their health

You can be well into your 60s and feel like mint if you take care of yourself and don't get injured.

So as long as I maintain a routine that’s encourages a healthy lifestyle I should be fine
