What is the Gina Haspel story?

The alleged story is that Gina Haspel, CIA Director, has died of natural causes, in the last few days. Rumours are she was in Germany with some Paramilitaries, when the 305th got into a firefight over the Dominon servers seizure, and was injured. Airlifted out to GITMO, but now apparently dead.
