no doubt

2019-04-08 22:46:08 UTC

Ridiculously low

2019-04-08 22:46:14 UTC

Less than 6%?

2019-04-08 22:46:20 UTC

his master sent students to assassinate him

2019-04-08 22:46:26 UTC

Drugs are fat soluble

2019-04-08 22:46:44 UTC

Yes way under 6

2019-04-08 22:46:55 UTC

Fat acts like a buffer

2019-04-08 22:47:17 UTC

Yes, fat has proven to be a much more sophisticated organ than we anticipated.

2019-04-08 22:47:20 UTC

When you have no buffer, you overdose way easier

2019-04-08 22:47:49 UTC

It's a organ, living thing

2019-04-08 22:48:01 UTC

Not oil off a bottle

2019-04-08 22:48:44 UTC

It's also the fuel for your brain

2019-04-08 22:51:53 UTC

About getting ripped
How do you know you are exercising free will on the subject and not simply responding to environmental pressure

2019-04-08 22:53:47 UTC

It's only healthy for a minority. Lots of people damage themselves in the process. They don't get a boost in self esteem either. They get a deformed body perception and everlasting mental scars

2019-04-08 22:54:16 UTC

Not to mention accidents due to poor practice

2019-04-08 22:55:09 UTC

And mental illnesses with food

2019-04-08 22:55:35 UTC

Isolation, obsessive behavior

2019-04-08 22:56:52 UTC

I like to walk. It's what we have been designed for. Best exercise you can do

2019-04-08 22:57:25 UTC

After 3 hours of walking you achieve complete metabolic activation

2019-04-08 22:58:06 UTC

Works the whole body and most importantly strengthens the back

2019-04-08 22:59:58 UTC

And it activates the brain too. You think, breathe, look at things differently

2019-04-08 23:04:14 UTC

I agree but I do think 12%-20% bf is where you want to be depending on your goals at that particular moment

2019-04-08 23:05:02 UTC

And I train for strength not for aesthetics though I have obtained my desired look through the way I train

2019-04-08 23:07:08 UTC

We can all agree too much body fat is morbid

2019-04-08 23:07:20 UTC

Same with too little

2019-04-08 23:08:18 UTC

Reminds me I should eat fish more often

2019-04-08 23:08:57 UTC

I eat plenty of high quality meat so I shouldn't be too low on the good fatty acids

2019-04-08 23:09:09 UTC

Better safe than sorry though

2019-04-08 23:10:33 UTC

Right can never be too safe in regards to nutrition

2019-04-08 23:11:12 UTC

The sedentary lifestyle is the serial killer of our times

2019-04-08 23:11:55 UTC

Getting everything delivered while we sit on our asses

2019-04-08 23:12:12 UTC

In front of these damn machines from hell

2019-04-08 23:13:11 UTC

is that all you do walk?

2019-04-08 23:13:13 UTC

Then doing over intensive exercises for a short period of time

2019-04-08 23:13:14 UTC

i walk a lot too

2019-04-08 23:13:47 UTC

I used to bike swim, martial arts.. Lifted a bit too

2019-04-08 23:14:15 UTC

The computer fucked up my wrists so I can't do it anymore

2019-04-08 23:14:35 UTC

I've been going to the Physical therapist for a year now

2019-04-08 23:14:40 UTC

Slow recovery

2019-04-08 23:15:40 UTC

My bad for being stubborn and thinking it would fade away by itself

2019-04-08 23:17:51 UTC

I can at least manage the pain now. My back is almost fixed so that's the good thing about it. Been dealing with chronic pain for about 5 years
