no doubt
Ridiculously low
Less than 6%?
his master sent students to assassinate him
Drugs are fat soluble
Yes way under 6
Fat acts like a buffer
Yes, fat has proven to be a much more sophisticated organ than we anticipated.
When you have no buffer, you overdose way easier
It's a organ, living thing
Not oil off a bottle
It's also the fuel for your brain
About getting ripped
How do you know you are exercising free will on the subject and not simply responding to environmental pressure
It's only healthy for a minority. Lots of people damage themselves in the process. They don't get a boost in self esteem either. They get a deformed body perception and everlasting mental scars
Not to mention accidents due to poor practice
And mental illnesses with food
Isolation, obsessive behavior
I like to walk. It's what we have been designed for. Best exercise you can do
After 3 hours of walking you achieve complete metabolic activation
Works the whole body and most importantly strengthens the back
I agree but I do think 12%-20% bf is where you want to be depending on your goals at that particular moment
And I train for strength not for aesthetics though I have obtained my desired look through the way I train
We can all agree too much body fat is morbid
Same with too little
Reminds me I should eat fish more often
I eat plenty of high quality meat so I shouldn't be too low on the good fatty acids
Better safe than sorry though
Right can never be too safe in regards to nutrition
The sedentary lifestyle is the serial killer of our times
Getting everything delivered while we sit on our asses
In front of these damn machines from hell
is that all you do walk?
Then doing over intensive exercises for a short period of time
i walk a lot too
I used to bike swim, martial arts.. Lifted a bit too
The computer fucked up my wrists so I can't do it anymore
I've been going to the Physical therapist for a year now
Slow recovery
My bad for being stubborn and thinking it would fade away by itself
I can at least manage the pain now. My back is almost fixed so that's the good thing about it. Been dealing with chronic pain for about 5 years
