my uncle (moms brother) was engaged back in his early 20's but it got called off amicably. he's now like 38 or something and hasn't been in any relationships. he's the only one in my moms siblings that gets to travel every year multiple times since he's a manager of chemical/hospital equipment (makes pretty good money)

he has 3 sisters and he's the youngest

all of them (of course mom included) kept and keep on pestering him to settle down

so when she heard me say anything remotely close to his way of life she tried to shame me

but he is making good money and saving it, 2 years ago he bought a nice home like it was nothing with a large down payment (since he has a lot of money) and he's chilling

Though the constant nagging would get annoying after long enough. Might wanna ask your uncle about how he deals with them to get some clue what to do, if you don't know.

Which is admirable, personally i don't plan to have children. It's...Complicated, i came to that decision before MGTOW. But finding the information in MGTOW just further cemented it.
