I recommend 30 mins a day where you sit and clear out your head

work out atleast three times a week

sleep 7.5 or 9 hours, exercise, eat balanced and cook it all (meat, fats, veggies, potatoes or rice), maintain hygiene, socialize as much as you can take and accomplish meaningful deep creative work on a daily basis

I'm getting into cdl class-a freight for a year to save money on my tuition for diesel mechanic school since having your cdl class a license is a requirement for graduation. A year's time because that's what i have to sign away on for my license training to be paid for by the company I'll be working for.

I don't meditate because I consider not owning a smartphone real meditation and scarier lol

you can own a smart phone and only use it for calling/ text aswell too

not that different from a computor
