I understand, once I lose the weight, my opinion on the matter will likely change.
this year the snow started in October and didn't end until almost May and it was cold cold and more cold with some record breaking cold mixed in there.

I was down here in Texas when everyone from back home was texting me the 5 inches of snow that they got towards the end of April.
In peculiar news related to weight loss, I hit a new low yesterday and have been experiencing a conspicuous increase in energy such that I feel compelled to exercise.

Recently, I got to 285. That's down from 320 when I got to OH and down from 417 when I was hospitalized 10 years ago.

exercise like most things is habitual. If you force yourself to do it on a regular basis for a couple months you will eventually not feel right if you don't work out.
That's what my brother says, but I worked out for months and the habit never stuck.

You have to think about what your goal is and what you're willing to do to maintain your goal

I would do 15 minutes of hiit and something like 20 to 30 min of high intensity compound machine weights.
That's high weight, low rep, super slow reps.
Something like 80% of my max for weight, then at least 4 seconds in either direction.

Just make sure you use animal fats, not seed oils.
(That means you're not using any storebought dressings.)
If I don't eat a salad every day I have pooping problems
