I just moved to Texas, they put smoked brisket into everything

2019-06-03 01:10:59 UTC

Que ...

2019-06-03 01:11:13 UTC

How is it down there?

2019-06-03 01:11:19 UTC

hot

2019-06-03 01:11:23 UTC

wet and hot

2019-06-03 01:11:25 UTC

Oh, eww.

2019-06-03 01:11:29 UTC

but I like the heat

2019-06-03 01:11:37 UTC

Good for you.

2019-06-03 01:11:40 UTC

I don't.

2019-06-03 01:11:50 UTC

I could not take another Chicago winter

2019-06-03 01:11:55 UTC

I understand, once I lose the weight, my opinion on the matter will likely change.

2019-06-03 01:12:45 UTC

this year the snow started in October and didn't end until almost May and it was cold cold and more cold with some record breaking cold mixed in there.

2019-06-03 01:12:54 UTC

Nice.

2019-06-03 01:13:41 UTC

I was down here in Texas when everyone from back home was texting me the 5 inches of snow that they got towards the end of April.

2019-06-03 01:14:07 UTC

In peculiar news related to weight loss, I hit a new low yesterday and have been experiencing a conspicuous increase in energy such that I feel compelled to exercise.

2019-06-03 01:14:22 UTC

From what to what?

2019-06-03 01:14:41 UTC

awesome

2019-06-03 01:15:02 UTC

Recently, I got to 285. That's down from 320 when I got to OH and down from 417 when I was hospitalized 10 years ago.

2019-06-03 01:15:20 UTC

Damn, nice dude!

2019-06-03 01:15:26 UTC

exercise like most things is habitual. If you force yourself to do it on a regular basis for a couple months you will eventually not feel right if you don't work out.

2019-06-03 01:15:44 UTC

That's what my brother says, but I worked out for months and the habit never stuck.

2019-06-03 01:15:52 UTC

hmmm

2019-06-03 01:15:56 UTC

I was always too tired.

2019-06-03 01:16:11 UTC

Exercise just knocked me out.

2019-06-03 01:16:12 UTC

Its less of a habit and more of a lifestyle

2019-06-03 01:16:13 UTC

@Xychotic how long were your workout sessions

2019-06-03 01:16:26 UTC

I saw a video about a guy that never worked out a day in his life until he was 55

2019-06-03 01:16:35 UTC

he was 60 and ripped

2019-06-03 01:16:39 UTC

You have to think about what your goal is and what you're willing to do to maintain your goal

2019-06-03 01:16:45 UTC

said he felt better than he did at 21

2019-06-03 01:16:54 UTC

I would do 15 minutes of hiit and something like 20 to 30 min of high intensity compound machine weights.

2019-06-03 01:17:11 UTC

That's high weight, low rep, super slow reps.

2019-06-03 01:17:34 UTC

Something like 80% of my max for weight, then at least 4 seconds in either direction.

2019-06-03 01:17:43 UTC

Hang on, can i actually eat bacon and eggs in a keto fasting diet and lose weight

2019-06-03 01:17:50 UTC

Yeah, totally.

2019-06-03 01:18:17 UTC

I mean, not really the whole pack unless that's your only meal that day.

2019-06-03 01:18:44 UTC

Which would be pretty easy to do if you had it for breakfast.

2019-06-03 01:18:46 UTC
