2019-06-14 23:21:59 UTC

bad ass

2019-06-14 23:23:55 UTC

btw, just got head's up...does anyone know about the AMD Ryzen upgrades happening this Jul 7th?

2019-06-14 23:31:33 UTC

Any vampire: the masquerade fans out there? They're making a bloodlines sequel.

2019-06-14 23:36:21 UTC

the combat in both of them sucked

That game by Paradox? @GingerSnaps

2019-06-14 23:38:38 UTC

Didnt Vampire cuck out

2019-06-14 23:38:55 UTC

@LPA FreeNeko (Hermit's Youth)πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ no, it was developed by troika and published by Activision.

Oh, okay.

Confused it with another series.

2019-06-14 23:40:48 UTC

@YuriBezmenov i dunno, i haven't followed it since like 3rd edition I'm guessing. It's been a while. I think they're on 5th edition now.

2019-06-14 23:40:56 UTC

Is that game any good? The original I mean

2019-06-14 23:41:18 UTC

Heard it was like Manhunt

2019-06-14 23:41:21 UTC

VTM Redemption or VTM Bloodlines?

2019-06-14 23:41:26 UTC

I thought it was cool. Much better than redemption.

2019-06-14 23:41:51 UTC

Redemption's storyline was good though.

2019-06-14 23:41:53 UTC

Either or. I haven't played anything in that series haha

2019-06-14 23:42:01 UTC

Redemption gets repetitive as fuck and you have to cheese the AI to make solid progress, otherwise a mediocre 3d Diablo clone with some semblence of a story

2019-06-14 23:42:25 UTC

Bloodlines looks nice but the combat feels like a mixture of clunky and *floaty*

2019-06-14 23:43:01 UTC

I guess my standards are lower than yours enigma. Lol I will agree though that the combat was off.

2019-06-14 23:43:22 UTC

πŸ˜›

2019-06-14 23:45:16 UTC

@ChaonThe5th you can find bloodlines on steam. It's quite old, so it's prolly only like $15.

2019-06-14 23:45:27 UTC

Bloodlines also came out in the late 90s/early 2000s

2019-06-14 23:46:04 UTC

Bloodlines is from 2004, Redemption is from 2000

2019-06-14 23:46:27 UTC

They both aged decently as far as graphics go

2019-06-14 23:46:56 UTC

I never heard of redemption

2019-06-14 23:47:18 UTC

Yeah it never had the appeal or popularity of Bloodlines

2019-06-14 23:47:41 UTC

the most annoying thing about the combat in Redemption is you're gonna miss, a lot

2019-06-14 23:47:48 UTC

Its weird I've never heard of it though I was pretty active in PC gaming

2019-06-14 23:48:31 UTC

least in Bloodlines, if you missed, it's cus you didn't actually hit someone instead of dice rolling

2019-06-14 23:48:56 UTC

it's like comparing the combat of Morrowind to Oblivion and Skyrim

2019-06-14 23:49:50 UTC

What's different about the combat between morrowind and later games? Wasn't it all the same system?

2019-06-14 23:49:58 UTC

Morrowind was all dice rolls

2019-06-14 23:50:09 UTC

it's old-school like that

2019-06-14 23:50:10 UTC

Huh.. Okay.

2019-06-14 23:50:30 UTC

Oblivion and Skyrim, if you actually hit something, as in, your attack connects with someone, it hits if it's not blocked

2019-06-14 23:50:47 UTC

Now i feel like i have to play that again.

2019-06-14 23:51:56 UTC

The thing I found annoying about Bloodlines, your attacks feel like they have a delay, and your character lunges forward, so I find myself constantly overshooting my target and I end up swinging at thin air, watching someone play it does not convery how unintuitive it feels

2019-06-14 23:52:21 UTC

guns, ranged attacks in general feel straightforward tho

2019-06-14 23:52:47 UTC

but like the movement, feels like you're walking on ice

2019-06-14 23:52:59 UTC

It's been so long since I've played it, i couldn't comment.
