I researched it for around 8 months in 2016 and decided to switch on 1st august
im on a low carb/timed carb diet
my monthy food bill is £15-£30
Eating only meat has been interesting
3 months in
Beans, rice, potaotes and vegetables etc are dirt cheap
It’s funny you say it’s cheap
I’ve heard people say it costs too much
I've also never felt tired of what I'm eating. Everything tastes good and satisfys me
