food is cheap, I feel good. Don't worry about much tbh
I love meat too much lol
Same
Im too weak to give it up
well, I'm going my own way 😉
Anyone else try the carnivore diet?
It woukd take a lot of change for me to stop eating meat completely
I gave nothing up, I didn't want it anymore. I don't see it as food now. there's no will power involved.
How has your journey been?
I researched it for around 8 months in 2016 and decided to switch on 1st august
im on a low carb/timed carb diet
my monthy food bill is £15-£30
Eating only meat has been interesting
3 months in
Beans, rice, potaotes and vegetables etc are dirt cheap
I’ve heard people say it costs too much
I've also never felt tired of what I'm eating. Everything tastes good and satisfys me
yeah ?
is that for mock meats and pre packaged foods ?
Its great to hear a success story
I'm going to be fasting for the next two weeks
or raw ingredients ?
Ingredients
I hear fasting can be quite good
when I was eating a standard bodybuilding diet, I was spending £300 a month
I want to implement a five day fast every month
I'd love to know what the people you know are buying
what's expensive ?
what did your vegetarian diet look like ?
Heard a podcast recently that talked about benefits of fasting
I never did it
all the stuff you listed - beans, rice, lentils, nuts
anemic? low iron?
Im doing a low carb mostly meat diet
Shit is expensive
