Once you know the macros, yeah, and carefully manage your electrolytes.
I imagine you start losing hair and all that fun stuff unless you’re getting a tonne of supplements
You lose hair with any shock.
That stuff grows back. You don't lose it permanently unless you have serious allopecia or male pattern baldness.
Here's the tell that it's just a salable diet plan: "This method is based on a high-biological-value protein preparations obtained from cow milk, soya, avian eggs, green peas and cereals."
that's whey, soy, egg: industry standard protein shake/bar ingredients.
Aww you beat me on my upload
^_^
Still, you can get similar results from a can of sardines.
Gross, anything to avoid a can of sardines
lol, I like sardines.
But, in all seriousness, I'm looking at this can right now.
12g P, 6g F, 0g C; 100 kcal; includes the omega-3s.
1.5 servings per can
Yeah you could just knock back sardines
Bam, I just aced this company's diet without having to eat industrial processed plants and milk.
@Deleted User i agree with what you said but my point wasnt about waking up early for anyone other than myself. There is a lot of literature I’d like to read and video games Id like to play. Those two things amongst the “necessities” of life, Ive found I lack sufficient time. Hence why Im thinking of seeking out the adequate time need for recovery.
Don't know about eating 3-4 cans a day, though.
I imagine everyone could smell you’re on the sardine diet
They are sardines, not anchovies.
Both disgusting
They should only be used as bait to catch real fish, unpopular opinion
So, this brings me back to my plan.
1 can sardines, 1 can cod liver, 2 eggs.
You really went hard on the hatred of cooking this time
Right?!
And I have a little automatic egg steamer/boiler.
Ooh, I could finally use the egg poaching function.
***winning***
Damn I need to get me one of those
Everything is coming up Milhouse.
But I still want protein...
I reckon you’ll be absolutely starving in 30 hours
Welp, I'll start it up tomorrow. We'll see.
Let's give it a week and see the results. The study was for four months, but I don't want to do four months.
My idea is an amalgam of Tim Noake's nutrient density foods and vlck.
I may need to make a case for more protein, though.
Hrm... I did the math. This little 2 cans, 2 eggs diet only has 38g of protein.
Still, I'll try it.
