By being racist and sexist, Ilhan Omar is just following her prophet Muhummad (pbuh) who called Ethiopians "raisin heads" and said most people in Hell are women. But she's being racist and sexist against the wrong people.
1. For the most part, the media represents societal culture pretty accurately. It is evident that society in general has a left leaning bias, and this is reflective in the manner in which the media broadcasts and twists news around to manipulative and set a narrative that favors their cause.
2. In the old days, the purpose of the media organizations was to report the news without bias or prejudice. We expected them to state the facts and provide the evidence without adding their personal input or feelings. However, as we can see today, major newspaper outlets and media outlets openly endorse candidates and promote one side predominantly. This inherent bias is evident and we must ensure that our media sources return to traditional values of providing unbiased news.
