Well, if you have an issue with a moderator being corrupted, I'd suggest talking to that mod in DM's to maybe see if they can explain their rationale. Smokie may be your best route however, since he is the only one with the ability to demote a mod. Most mods are pretty open to having a discussion about their actions.
