I don't think so. I think Scott Pressler has a good take on it, focusing on the amount of new registered voters that he has worked on registering. States such as Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Florida are definitely in play. I think there was more enthusiasm over HRC than there is for Joe Biden.
