Yeah, some folks r frustrated, not to mention being bombarded by the fake news. I think that alot of things needs to happen before invoking martial law laws.

War, Natural Disaster and The Civil Rights Riot are the only times I know of.

The Posse Comitatus Act regulates the Military's powers during Martial Law. The National Guard isn't part of that, and neither is the Space Force.

What about on a federal level? The whole country...like what "folks" are asking for.
