rewatched both live stream on fb ...and the 'impact' tweet vids
they directly moved into oncoming traffic lanes ...not staying near the parked cars on the multilane side

incident happened during last 20secs of the vid
and considering the angle of the interstate...it was a curve leading to that point of impact ...so any driver couldn't see the protestors til it was too late..they could see the other cars on the roadway tho
but may or may not have been time enough to slow down...
also some ppl are distracted drivers..so that could be a factor
also one other note ...the car doing the impact ...was a white car
been a few 'white car' incidents over the past 2 weeks....generally with protestors shooting up drivers of white cars
