maybe in the first few days
I made fitness my keystone habit.
use an appetite suppressant
like coffee
or a stim
just to get u going
on the first few days
the hardest ones
Yeah, I tried those. They trigger the hunger.
Remember, I'm not just "an unfortunately fat guy"
I'm a diabetic clusterfuck.
damn that sucks nuts
diabeetus
10 years ago, I was close enough to dead the doctors told my family to say their good byes but they weren't allowed into the ICU because if I died, the CDC would claim my corpse because the way I got sick didn't jive with anything.
I came out of that from 417 to 300 something.
I lost only muscle.
holy fuck dude
I regained more fat back up to that range before I started bringing it back down to now 297 this morning (though I was at 285 a couple weeks ago).
And, before I got sick, I was crazy strong.
After I got sick, my muscles were so wrecked, I couldn't extend my leg and I could barely stand up for more than 20 minutes at a time.
life throws curve balls sometimes
Jebus, this was like a curve ball minigun!
essentially
My brother's my inspiration.
He fought hard with basic cico for a year to lose maybe 20 lbs.
Then finally cooperated with low carb and lost 60 lb in 6 months.
And your boi chowed down hard on those animals.
well done
stir fries, half chickens, chicken wing feasts; still dropping ell bees like they were thots.
carnivore is the way
We were just low carb. So, there was plenty of low carb veg in there.
But we kept carbs really low. He made mad progress. Was super disciplined, only had one cheat day.
He's fit af and gets people looking at him all the time now.
So, I've seen first hand that this totally works.
And he surpassed my strength not just because I was wrecked but from before I was wrecked.
follow the leader buddy
I need to catch up and remind him who the older ||better|| brother is.
ahahahah
