None. I know all the fixes.

My food log goes back to 11/10/2015

53STEP ONE Write down the following: A. What negative habit do you desire to replace? B. What positive habit or attitude will you develop to replace it? C. What actions will you take to replace your negative habit? D. What is the easiest and most logical way to do this? STEP TWO A. Visualize yourself as already having succeeded in changing your habit. See yourself enjoying the benefits of your new positive habit. B. Use a positive affirmation to go along with the visualization.(more about affirmations later) STEP THREE Observe your actions and note every time you fail to do what your promise. Remember, DO NOT condemn or scold yourself. Simply make a non-judgmental observation and allow yourself to make the necessary correction. STEP FOUR Keep a record for at least twenty-one days. After you consciously choose your new positive habit pattern, these four steps will enable you to program it into your subconscious. It will then become and automatic response action. If you have established negative responses to life situations, your automatic mechanism will cause you
54to respond the way you have conditioned yourself to FEEL and ACT.

So far, my best performance comes from fat fasting, snake juice fasting, and dedicated keto.

2019-07-13 21:31:01 UTC

maybe that wil help

2019-07-13 21:31:05 UTC

Yeah, I just watched a video series on how to fix habits.

2019-07-13 21:31:21 UTC

Reviewed all of these points.

2019-07-13 21:31:30 UTC

maybe in the first few days

2019-07-13 21:31:30 UTC

I made fitness my keystone habit.

2019-07-13 21:31:36 UTC

2019-07-13 21:31:38 UTC

2019-07-13 21:31:53 UTC

the hardest ones

2019-07-13 21:31:56 UTC

Yeah, I tried those. They trigger the hunger.

2019-07-13 21:32:14 UTC

Remember, I'm not just "an unfortunately fat guy"

2019-07-13 21:32:19 UTC

2019-07-13 21:33:06 UTC

10 years ago, I was close enough to dead the doctors told my family to say their good byes but they weren't allowed into the ICU because if I died, the CDC would claim my corpse because the way I got sick didn't jive with anything.

2019-07-13 21:33:23 UTC

I came out of that from 417 to 300 something.

2019-07-13 21:33:28 UTC

I lost only muscle.

2019-07-13 21:33:52 UTC

holy fuck dude

2019-07-13 21:34:25 UTC

I regained more fat back up to that range before I started bringing it back down to now 297 this morning (though I was at 285 a couple weeks ago).

2019-07-13 21:34:36 UTC

And, before I got sick, I was crazy strong.

2019-07-13 21:35:02 UTC

After I got sick, my muscles were so wrecked, I couldn't extend my leg and I could barely stand up for more than 20 minutes at a time.

2019-07-13 21:35:11 UTC

damn

2019-07-13 21:35:17 UTC

2019-07-13 21:35:28 UTC

Jebus, this was like a curve ball minigun!

2019-07-13 21:35:42 UTC

essentially

2019-07-13 21:35:51 UTC

My brother's my inspiration.

2019-07-13 21:36:01 UTC

He fought hard with basic cico for a year to lose maybe 20 lbs.

2019-07-13 21:36:15 UTC

Then finally cooperated with low carb and lost 60 lb in 6 months.

2019-07-13 21:36:26 UTC

And your boi chowed down hard on those animals.

2019-07-13 21:36:45 UTC

2019-07-13 21:36:48 UTC

2019-07-13 21:37:01 UTC

2019-07-13 21:37:20 UTC

We were just low carb. So, there was plenty of low carb veg in there.
