you can do it
i believe in you
Thank you, sir, for your encouragement.
np
you can!
believe it
its hard at the start
So, that's why I was asking earlier, which should I go for first: fat loss or strength gain
go for fat loss
its more important rn but you should still lift
youll recomp a bit
That seems to be the consensus.
youll probbably do both tbh
Oh, sure, it's not like I won't lift, but if I'm going for weight loss, I have to be more careful about lifting.
I can't push to failure like I like.
Because I won't be eating enough for recovery and I don't want to create inflammatory issues.
best for weigth loss is walking
Yeah, that also seems to be corroborated.
So, I'm debating how I want to go about doing that. Day in, day out, I already hit the 1 hr, 6000 steps mark.
I should probably add another hour, but that becomes an hour I'm not doing professional development work that also needs to be happening.
gym or whatever
Just gotta keep at it
You don't get $20k raises just lifting weights.
It all adds up
like a snowball
Yeah, that's why I picked fitness as my keystone habit.
So, thanks for reinforcing the plan.
As a formally trained project manager, this aligns well with my thinking and methodologies.
you gotta be fit
if your a man
and you aren't fit
your nothing
ideally you want some brain too
then you can be complete
Ive met a few fat dudes that use brain over brawn
And theyre alright
yeah but being fat shows a character deficiency
sloth
could you rely on them in a zombie apocalypse?
Possibly yes
