in areas of high gun laws, only cops and criminals have guns and everybody is the victim

but in areas of low to no gun laws, everybody is packing and nobody is the victim except from who shot first

in a town in usa, it's req'd by law that at least the head of the household be packing a gun

and has almost no gun crime either
