@Beny technically the Soviets tried to get the western Allies to join in an anti Nazi alliance but the rest had adopted a policy of appeasement and made deals with Hitler so they Soviets did the same after the fact

@xeyex mobile <#733948098694348800> I wouldn't say that rich people *should* pay less in taxes than the poor, but oftentimes, our tax code is so complicated that the rich are the most able to afford to pay people to find the loopholes to pay less.
As long as the loopholes exist, though, why punish the rich for using them? Get rid of the loopholes, simplify the system, and don't let the rich use them again, but don't punish them for what they already did.
