My routine, 3 times a week :
10 pull ups
30 pushups
4 miles run
10 leg raises on pull up bar
Then two days a week I use weights at home:
30 bicep
30 tricep
100 sit-ups
I think I can go like 30 before I'm done
We can have a little celebration when each of us hits the gold standard.
It’s not too intense
I probably can't do 30 anymore though since its been so long since I lifted
if you don't use it you lose it
What’s s good “push up light”?
I don't understand the question
what?
Like, if you can't do any?
I can force myself to do a couple of push ups, but my arms are done afterwards
Wall or counter pushups
Also, chest expander bands.
I like to do chair pushups since they require fewer
Counter pushups sounds good
Yes, start with knees down if need be, build strength.
Also , do sets of three good push ups, breaks in between .
I got nice, sturdy chairs
You're not at that stage yet
But counter pushups can be done off the counter
So you lean over and do them
Okay just describing it if you didn't
Its really just how much weight you're lifting and, if it's pushups, that's controlled by incline.
I’m not gonna be doing legs-up push ups
It’ll be chest up
daily reminder that the Trijicon MRO is gay and EOtechs are way better
Just prepping for basic training. Emailed a recruiter to see about getting a BT prep exercise sheet
cool dude
good luck
Don’t worry, I haven’t set up a time yet, not going to until I feel ready
We all have a starting point
I haven’t jumped in head first yet
Don't just talk to recruiters. They are known liars.
That’s good to know
But, I think I'm going to pitch this to Hermit.
I ordered a 1000 rounds of 223
