i think this fits here -
the recall option is to remove the corrupt from office, must have valid evidence of constitutional crimes before any recall can take effect. either a replacement can be appointed to take over those positions in office that are effected by the recall or a new election is performed for clean elected officials to take over those positions
it doesn't work for president/vice president ..they have a different system for removal
it's kinda like impeachment of position of power, except the voters get to call for it, not the elected officials in congress
oh, btw, this recall option can be applied to those in congress as well...house of reps and senate. but u must have valid legal evidence of constitutional crimes
theres a minor protection that claims to protect members of the house of reps from arrest while it's in session, the recall overrides it.
