No, what if killing the police officer was in self defense?
if the police officer violated the rights of the victim then using force as a form of self defense can be considered valid if the police officer had body cam submitted as evidence in the defense

So weird scenario I've been thinking about: Despite all the obvious rigging attempts by the dems, the simulations, Hillary's commands, and all the speculation on chaos... What if Joe Biden really does concede? His weird breathing and physical/mental state are noticeably declining at an alarming rate. I don't even know if he really wants to do it. It feels like he's putting on a show against his own will...
...what if he defies his party and concedes on election night? Is there a chance, however slim?
