about an hr or so back

2020-10-06 15:50:50 UTC

Ok I went to look for it and didn’t find it

2020-10-06 15:52:01 UTC

well u kinda jumped into a discussion between me and another

2020-10-06 15:52:28 UTC

we kinda splintered off the main article a bit

2020-10-06 15:52:32 UTC

Was it the affirmative action?

2020-10-06 15:52:36 UTC

ya

2020-10-06 15:53:20 UTC

Ahhhh okok

2020-10-06 15:53:37 UTC

I was mistaken to even jump in there oog, my bad

2020-10-06 15:53:55 UTC

Thought y’all were talking about state endorsed religion like the fool that I am

2020-10-06 15:55:41 UTC

ok, this here is nearly identical to the national constitutional bill into law creation ...except during 'covid lockdown', where it would be illegal to do so if they tried to pass a law without public review first

2020-10-06 15:57:32 UTC

public review and opinion on the subject if it were to become a law is req'd for various stages on a national level...and in state level bills into laws

2020-10-06 15:58:21 UTC

which is why sometimes u see public review vids leak online ....it's req'd by constitutional law on a national level

2020-10-06 15:58:45 UTC

they can't throw it out even during a pandemic lockdown....and go around it

2020-10-06 15:59:36 UTC

constitutionally ...the whole lockdown was voluntary ...they can't force u to lockdown without violating ur rights

2020-10-06 16:00:01 UTC

I understand that but there are also clauses like the supremacy clause. It states that no matter what if state law contradicts with national law then the national law must be obeyed. As long as what is happening there doesn’t conflict with national law it’s ok, but if the states try to make a law that conflicts with or contradicts national law the states law doesn’t count and following that law would be illegal.

2020-10-06 16:00:09 UTC

if they did force u to lockdown...then u can sue the shit out of them for rights violation

2020-10-06 16:00:55 UTC

well all non constitutional laws are illegal laws

2020-10-06 16:00:55 UTC

So we actually agree there from what I see

2020-10-06 16:01:00 UTC

yep

2020-10-06 16:01:05 UTC

Ok cool lol

2020-10-06 16:01:27 UTC

some idiot 2 weeks back tried to tell me to wear a mask in the store...said it was the law, i replied with "no, it's not"

2020-10-06 16:02:06 UTC

a guideline isn't a law, it's a suggestion

2020-10-06 16:02:11 UTC

Nah it’s just a mandate and mandate isn’t law

2020-10-06 16:02:24 UTC

a mandate isn't a law, it's also a suggestion for favor of common sense

2020-10-06 16:02:29 UTC

Although they should definitely repeal affirmative action

2020-10-06 16:02:34 UTC

Exactly

2020-10-06 16:02:43 UTC

an ordiance is a warning, not a law

2020-10-06 16:03:09 UTC

well any such repeal would have to be done constitutionally

2020-10-06 16:04:09 UTC

or a case could be brought to a fair and true constitutional supreme court and get it thrown out and repealed on the basis of being unconstitutional

2020-10-06 16:04:58 UTC

Yeah, that’s right so I think someone should take it all the way to the Supreme Court. If this state law passes then I’m sure it will be shut down by the national government, but that will shed so much light on the issue that the Supreme Court may decide to review the 1996 bill and rule it unconstitutional

2020-10-06 16:12:39 UTC

well the state has to turn red before that happens, sadly it was a blue state when it happened originally came out

2020-10-06 16:13:09 UTC

and had a dem sc in state and national level at that time to overlook it

2020-10-06 16:14:07 UTC

going to be some spring cleaning going on nationally in all states to restore everything to pure constitutional laws and get ppl to understand the meaning of it

2020-10-06 16:14:54 UTC

but the first thing that has to happen is to wake up ppl to the truth of constitutional laws vs admiralty laws(unconstitutional laws)

2020-10-06 16:15:37 UTC

and help them understand civics(how to fight admiralty laws using the constitution and win)

2020-10-06 16:16:31 UTC

civics is the understanding on how the bill of rights and constitution and it's constitutional law system works

2020-10-06 16:17:21 UTC

so many checks and balances in it to keep everything running smooth and valid for all the ppl, its only when it's ignored or overlooked that corruption seeps in to blind the ppl to the truth

2020-10-06 16:59:39 UTC
