I thought that Virginia law about giving electoral votes to national popular vote winner was struck down by the Supreme Court
The law -- the same one Colorado passed -- only takes effect once enough members join the pact to reach 270 electoral votes. Correct me if I am wrong.

There was a huge push after Hillary lost to push the popular vote and get rid of the electoral college. It’s all about getting rid of the Constitution
